1. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of your country, automatically selected through geolocation. Taxes are included where applicable. ASPA reserves the right to change prices, currency displays, and product availability at any time.

2. Shipping & Returns

• Shipping is not free — shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Returns are not free — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) from the day you receive the product.

  • Products must be returned unused, with original tags attached.

  • No perfume, odors, stains, or visible wear.

  • All original packaging must be included.

If these conditions are not met, ASPA reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

3. International Orders

• If you order from outside Norway, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country.

• These charges will not be refunded if you later decide to return the product or cancel the order after it has shipped.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, ASPA will cover all return costs and offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
